This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum + work-based incentives, holidays, and pension contributions.

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading social housing contractor to find a skilled plumber to join their team in the Southend area. You will work on voids and occupied properties, focusing on repairs and maintenance.
Your duties will include:
1. Performing various plumbing repairs in properties.
2. Tackling a variety of maintenance tasks in social housing properties.
