We are seeking a Retail Media Support Specialist to join our esteemed client based in White City, London.
Temporary contract to end of March 2025.
35 hours per week - hybrid.
Hourly rate £21.97 per hour
This role provides valuable experience in supporting the development and execution of media strategies for a major global client. You will work closely with senior team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of retail media planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Budget Support: Assist in managing the client's media budget, contributing to strategic investment decisions based on business objectives, consumer insights, and media data analysis to help achieve sales targets.
• Media Calendar and Campaign Assistance: Provide support in developing and implementing media calendars and campaigns (including multi-brand/multi-division initiatives), focusing on acquiring and retaining customers and building profitable, long-term relationships.
• Media Spend Allocation Support: Contribute to the allocation and optimization of media spending across various channels.
• Campaign Enhancement: Help ensure campaigns deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Collaboration and KPI Tracking: Work collaboratively with brand and retailer teams to support forecasting, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to sales growth.
• Relationship Building: Support the day-to-day communication and relationship with the retailer and media agency.
• Performance Reporting and Insight: Assist in analysing performance data, providing insights, and contributing to strategic recommendations for optimization with the agency.
