Bromley High School is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Community Engagement Officer to join our External Relations team on a part time basis.
You will assist with the development and delivery of alumnae relations and fundraising opportunities, as well as community engagement and events.
This will involve:
* Nurturing and growing alumnae relationships, encouraging lifelong engagement and managing the alumnae events programme
* Planning and delivering a fundraising and sponsorship programme
* Leading whole school events, such as our annual Prize Giving Ceremony
* Developing a calendar of local events and creating opportunities to raise Bromley High School’s profile across Bromley, London and other potential feeder areas
You will need previous experience of strategic planning and experience of working in alumnae relations and fundraising. Along with your excellent customer service skills and experience, you will possess a strong attention to detail and first class organisational, administrative and ICT skills.
The hours of work are 20 hours a week (term time only plus two weeks to be worked during school closure periods); due to the nature of the work some flexibility is required. We will consider more or less hours for the right candidate.
