The main purpose of a Communications & Workload Planner is to assist with the planning of Central and Local Commercial activities, delivering communication and supporting compliance of those activities to our stores along with assisting to manage the store feedback process.
Central Operations is the hub through which all activity, communications and services between stores and the central business units flows. The departments focus is on aiding the stores to deliver on the business goals and through their results drive profitability of the International business. Keeping the balance of all 4 of the company values, Value Our People, Customer Focus, Drive for Results & Accountability reflected in all we do for stores is also a key part of our work.
What you will be doing
1. Publishing store communications that are fit for purpose for International store audience
2. Maintenance of International InterConnect site
3. Co-ordinating daily and weekly workload planner and publishing for stores
4. Assisting with feedback system including creating Central Operations weekly reports and responding to tickets
5. Supporting Commercial implementation through compliance of stores including reviewing data, create reports including photos for Commercial and follow up on completion with stores
6. Co-ordinating with Central and Local Support Centres and stores including attending regular meetings and contact
What we are looking for
1. Ideally, you’ll come from a retail stores background, with an understanding of tasks in stores and an interest in process efficiencies
2. A 2nd language would be desirable (Spanish, Italian or Hungarian) but not essential
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate information to different audiences
4. A confident user of MSOffice applications including PowerPoint with good presentation skills
5. A natural problem solver, who is very organised with a detailed approach that can effectively manage a busy workload across multiple topics and be able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
