Main responsibilities will include: Receive and respond to incoming calls. Review each separate issue. Liaise with relevant departments involved. Respond to customer service queries quickly and accurately. Contact customers and external organisations to obtain information as required. Notify customers of decisions. Follow up diary messages. Handle written and telephone customer complaints. Provide support for other Operational areas as required. Ensure compliance with all regulations.
