Location: Head Office, Runcorn Reporting to: Cargo Billing Manger, UK & Ireland The Cargo Resolution Clerk will resolve invoicing queries and identify root cause to prevent repetive errors and increase billing accuracy. Review and resolve customer queries in an efficient manner Raise credits following review and update internal financial systems. Develop effective working relationships with Swissport departments including Commercial, Credit Control, Head Office Finance, Operations, etc. Develop working relationship with Swissport’s customers Identify trends with queries to implement changes to prevent re-occurance Ability to work under pressure Minimum of 4 GCSE's grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of billing principals, concepts, and understanding billing processes Excellent oral and written communications Strong organisational skills Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of the cargo business desirable.
