Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites.
* Manage employee relations issues and support managers in handling complex cases.
* Work closely with field-based staff, ensuring their HR needs are met and they feel connected to the wider business.
* Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality staff.
* Lead on HR projects and initiatives, driving engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
What We're Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum requirement).
* Proven experience of working across multiple sites and within diverse business environments.
* Strong experience of supporting field-based staff and understanding their unique challenges.
* Excellent knowledge of employee relations, HR best practices, and UK employment law.
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
