Corporate Services Administrator Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to build your career in financial services? A well-established firm is seeking a Corporate Services Administrator to join their team, providing essential administrative support for corporate clients across workplace pensions, group risk schemes, and private medical insurance. About the Role As a Corporate Services Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of employee benefits services. This includes handling scheme renewals, processing claims, preparing reports for advisers, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll collaborate closely with advisers and internal teams to provide a high standard of service while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Support the administration of workplace pensions, group life assurance, income protection, and medical insurance schemes. Manage rebroking processes, renewals, claims, and financial reconciliations. Prepare meeting materials for advisers and action follow-ups. Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with industry regulations. Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues. Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For A relevant financial services qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Understanding of FCA regulations and record-keeping requirements. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach to staying up to date with industry changes.
