The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative/ forklift driver for our busy client based in Greenhithe.
This is an ongoing position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
The hours of work will be 08:00 – 17:00.
Pay for this role is £12.75 per hour.
Overtime is £19.13 after working more than 40 hours per week
Duties will include:
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Manual handling
* Putting stock into racking systems
* Operating counterbalance
* General warehouse duties
The ideal candidate would need:
* To be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
* Work well in a team or by themselves as and when needed
* Clear communication skills
* To be able to adhere to health and safety procedures
This is an immediate start position for the right candidate. You will need to have a valid counterbalance license, along with previous experience operating the forklifts.
