Purpose of Role
To analyze and prepare the master data ensuring that all critical data elements—including customer special pricing, EDI/B2B mappings, and customer set-up—are accurately maintained. This role is vital both in the pre-launch phase of a new ERP system for data crossover and post-launch for ongoing system support and integration of complex data sets for the next stage of the project.

Key Accountabilities
* Customer Special Pricing:
* Upload seasonal special pricing per customer
* Manage updates and configurations to pricing data
* EDI & B2B Mapping: Perform mapping tasks to receive incoming orders and ensure outbound invoice validation
* Customer Data Management: Set up new customers and maintain existing information
* Data Crossover: Analyse and validate data pre-ERP launch to ensure order consistency across systems
* Post-Launch Support:
* Validate pricing across the order book
* Support customer master data bugs and set ups
Develop and maintain an inter-departmental master credit tracker on Smartsheet
