The Package:
Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience)
Work Pattern: 9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (with 1 in 3 Saturdays which includes a standby rate and a higher rate if called out)

The Role:
Solving complex IT problems and ensuring our end-users have seamless technology experiences.
1. Provide advanced technical support – Diagnose and resolve complex issues.
2. Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance!
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment.
4. Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England.
The Person:
1. Technical Problem-Solver – You have 5-7 years of hands-on IT experience and can troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
2. Microsoft Environment Expert – You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles.
3. Customer-Focused – You genuinely enjoy helping people and can explain technical concepts in user-friendly language.
4. Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise effectively, and take ownership of your work.
5. Mobile and Flexible – You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable traveling to support users at different locations.
