Job Description
3. Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
4. Maintaining the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
5. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
6. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
7. Assisting in budget preparation and management.
8. Analysing financial performance and providing advice to management.
9. Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
10. Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. Be a Finalist in a professional accounting certification such as ACCA or CIMA.
13. Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
15. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
17. High level of integrity and professionalism.
