What You’ll Be Doing As Account Director, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a multi-million-pound portfolio of mixed-use properties across the UK, ensuring the investment fund meets all its statutory obligations. You’ll oversee a team of 5 Asset Managers and indirect reports, driving financial performance by managing income, expenditure, and investment activities to maximise returns. Your ability to deliver exceptional results will be key as you take ownership of client relationships, lead new business initiatives, and ensure high standards of service delivery. What You’ll Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you’ll have: MRICS qualification and significant experience managing complex residential and mixed-use portfolios. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. A client-facing background and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to manage and nurture high-value relationships. A track record of data-driven decision-making and experience using technology to improve operational performance.
