What You'll Do: Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for your designated territories, working with a range of customers and supporting their wastewater management needs. Sales Management: Handle incoming enquiries, process orders, and generate and follow up on quotations to secure business and help reach monthly sales targets. Outbound Sales: Make proactive sales calls to build relationships with potential customers and drive new business. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work alongside Area Sales Managers and Sales Office Managers to track progress on leads, promotional activities, and sales targets. Data Management: Utilize INFOR LN and CMS systems to maintain up-to-date contact and order information, ensuring seamless customer service. Target Achievement: Work towards personal and national sales goals, gaining valuable experience in sales strategy and customer relationship building. What We're Looking For: Sales Enthusiasm: You're motivated to learn sales techniques and can confidently engage and negotiate with customers. Strong Communicator: You bring a positive attitude, a great telephone manner, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. IT Savvy: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with ERP systems (like Infor LN). Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment, work well under pressure, and have a natural ability to build relationships. Self-Motivated: You're resilient, goal-driven, and ready to grow in a dynamic sales role. Construction/Wastewater experience: Previous experience working within the wastewater or construction industry desirable Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is required.
