Position: Attendance Officer
Location: South Staffordshire, WS13
Start date: ASAP
An Attendance Administrator position has arose within a Secondary school in South Staffordshire.
To be successful for this role, you will make a positive contribution to the development of the school through: Monitoring attendance data, identifying trends and areas for concern, liaising with staff and pupils to reduce the amount of absences, keeping track of manual and electronic attendance records, and conducting home visits when required.
You must be able to maintain a positive and friendly School image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, pupils, external companies and parents in person, online, and via telephone.
This position is a full-time role which will require you working 5 days per week.
For this position you will:
-have experience working as an Attendance Officer previously
-have access to a vehicle which has business insurance
-it is preferable to have a full, clean, UK Driving licence
-have excellent communication and organisational skills
-be happy to conduct home visits
