The Role:
* Providing direct support to a department or services leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
* Driving department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
* Accessing, monitoring and evaluating department level clinical data and indicators as required and providing relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.
* Driving the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and championing the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.
Details of Appointment:
Multiple, permanent, full time and part time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 17 March 2025. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.

* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
*Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of these may be checked at any time during employment. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure that registration/licences remain current and to advise the Employer if their circumstances change.
