Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the purchase ledger
4. Carry out reconciliations on a regular basis
5. Process invoices accurately and promptly
6. Liaise with suppliers and handle any financial queries
7. Ensure all financial documents are filed correctly
8. Raising PO's and investigating any discrepancies

9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills
11. Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and team members
12. Will be confident with the duties listed above
