Salary up to £65,000
A global law firm in London is looking for a Senior Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their team to support the delivery and management of the UK employee benefits programmes and the reward and HR strategies.
Working alongside the Senior Reward Manager, the key responsibilities will be:
1. Manage the UK benefit offering, including administration, communication, query resolution, and project work including but not limited to benefit renewals, legislative changes, market reviews, and process change.
2. Support the implementation of UK benefits policies (including policy renewals) ensuring that they reflect the firm's strategic principles and that key performance criteria are agreed and monitored so that ROI can be assessed on an ongoing basis.
3. Through ongoing proactive analysis, identify UK policy and communication improvement opportunities to improve ROI in a manner that balances commercial objectives with employee engagement.
4. Ensure that policies within the role’s remit are tax efficient and compliant organisationally and from an external regulatory and legal perspective.
5. Manage third-party suppliers to ensure that service standards are at least met, and that delivery is within budget.
6. As and when required, deputise for the Senior Manager Reward - Benefits and peers.
7. Support with queries, admin, and projects relating to both pensions and partner benefits as required.
8. As required, undertake broader project work to support the delivery of the HR strategy.
9. Develop personal expertise and proactively contribute to the broader reward team.
Skills and Experience:
1. Employee benefits management or consultancy experience.
2. Experience of effectively working with HR.
3. Experience of working in a partnership and/or matrix environment, preferred.
