Job Description
The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality policies in line with regulatory requirements across multiple sites.

* Develop and implement effective Health & Safety, Environment and Quality strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Create and deliver training programmes to improve staff awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility best practices.
* Maintain and improve the company's prestigious RoSPA Gold Award and Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM).
* Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations.
* Conduct regular safety meetings with stakeholders to discuss key issues and concerns.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHEQ Manager who can:
* Possess a NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma.
* Have previous experience working in a similar position within an Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial environment.
* Be familiar with maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Benefits
* £60,000 - £65,000 per annum salary.
