Job Description
Brook Street Recruitment is working with a large construction and manufacturing firm in Belfast to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team.
Duties
* Monitor accounts email addresses.
* Manage purchase ledger, including 3-way matching.
* Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
* Resolve queries and identify any discrepancies.
* Process subcontractor invoices, including CIS set-ups & verification's.
* Assist with month-end payment runs.
* Support the wider finance team as required.
* Perform general administration duties.
Criteria
* Previous experience of working in a similar finance role is ideal.
* Experience of CIS subcontractor's tax is desirable.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Experience with Sage / Xero or equivalent accounting software.
* 2 years of Finance experience within the Construction/Facilities Maintenance sector is advantageous.

A salary of £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year will be offered but will be subject to experience.
