Sales and Marketing Manager - Global Operations (Print Finishing Industry)
Location: High Wycombe, UK (Predominantly Office Based)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Performance-based bonuses

Our flagship in-line saddle-stitcher (the IBIS ‘Smart-binder) has transformed booklet production and serves a prestigious international client base.
The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to take our global sales to the next level. This is a pivotal role in driving our ongoing continuous improvement and business growth.
You will be expected to build close partnerships with customers and distributors around the world in order to win new product orders. You will provide detailed product information, new quotations and communicate confidence in the IBIS company, our equipment and our support services.
You will manage multiple sales projects from initial prospect identification through to providing customised quotations, secure purchase orders, create order confirmations, help with purchase of third-party equipment and track each sales project through to installation and successful project completion, leading to final payment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relations: Develop personal relationships with each existing and new customer (and IBIS distributors) to build confidence in our company and products.
2. Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and collaboration within the sales and marketing team.
3. Management: Manage the activities of internal and external Sales and Marketing resources. Take responsibility for sales margins and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive profitability and financial performance.
4. Revenue Growth and Innovation: Increase market share and sales into existing established markets.
5. Marketing: Present IBIS products, solutions and services to the outside world in a professional and appealing way in order to build customer confidence and maximise sales.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Qualification: Appropriate degree-level qualification, such as in engineering, business administration or sales.
2. Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing of high-value capital equipment, ideally in the print finishing, process machinery, or manufacturing sectors.
3. Technical and Applications Expertise: A general understanding of machinery and machine applications.
4. Financial Acumen: Experience in managing P&L, cost control, budgets and machine price-quotations.
5. Global Operations: Proven experience of managing customer and distributor relationships across multiple countries.
6. Communication: Exceptional English language communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
