An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Service Manager at Quest Motor Group Salary: £50,000 OTE over-achievement bonus Exciting benefits package Length: Full Term / Permanent Role: Service Manager Location: Quest Motor Group We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to lead our multi-brand service team as a Service Manager. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our multi-brand (Suzuki and Bosch Car Service Centre) workshop, leading the front of house service in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and workshop teams in drive the running of the large, multi-brand workshop which includes 9 bays, 2 MOT bays and Hunter 4-wheel alignment bay (which is ADAS compatible) to meet workshop targets. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and innovative in their approach to working, as well as have good operational knowledge and experience working within a main dealer aftersales environment. We are looking for someone who is ready to make an impact from their first day Our Service Managers work Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm, and Saturday 8am to 12pm on a rotational basis. Work closely with the technicians to meet the required efficiency standards. What we’re looking for in a Service Manager: Previous Aftersales Management experience is preferable. Ability to manage and work as part of a team. Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision. Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Excellent customer service skills with exceptional standards. Polite, calm and approachable personality. Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems. Full UK driving licence.
