Job Vacancy: Scheduler
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: Up to GBP26,000 per annum
We are looking for a proactive and organised Scheduler to join a leading proverty service provider, working within a fast:paced environment to assist with the scheduling and planning of planned maintenance and improvement works across various property sectors.

The Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting the operational team, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently, cost:effectively, and to a high standard, delivering a quality service to residents and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
* Arrange and reschedule appointments with tradespeople
* Manage queries and appointment changes
* Log current jobs onto the job management system/database
* Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work
Requirements:
* Experience working within social housing as a scheduler or planner
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
