Role: EA to Sales Director Location: Orwell, Cambridgeshire Hours: 7:30am – 4pm or 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 We are looking for a PA/EA support for Sales Director and senior members of the sales team. This role will form an integral part of our sales team, and will grow to encompass other projects as you become more embedded into the business. Benefits: Healthcare insurance 25 days holiday public holidays Free parking Free snacks/drinks Hot lunch Friday Duties of a Sales PA/EA PA support for Sales Director and senior members of the sales team to include travel bookings etc. Producing Sales reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI/Phocas reports Arranging training events – booking venues, sending out invitations, coordinating diaries, catering, feedback and post event actions Tender and bid writing support: Managing tender processes including ‘tick box information’, free entry essay type questions, excel product information etc Other general office management and general administration tasks What we would like from you: Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills Strong IT & Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail, with good planning and organisational skills Experience with systems such as Workable, PowerBi, HubSpot Flexibility and adaptability and experience in a fast paced environment If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
