Personal Assistant - PA to Director
Full Time / Part Time (Flexible hours)
Monday – Friday (No weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calls and emails efficiently.
• Oversee the MD’s diary and schedule.
• Handle expense approvals.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action points.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with business projects and initiatives.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Confident communicator.
• Problem solver with attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
