Weavers Lodge is a residential home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, that may also include a dual mental health diagnosis, to enable their successful transition into, and participation within, their local community. The home has accommodation for 8 permanent residents which is inclusive of two self-contained studios.

Shifts
* Full time, part time and bank hours available
* Long shifts: 7am - 10pm days, 10pm - 7am nights
* Available both days and nights roles
* Offering short shifts of 7am – 2.30pm and 2.30pm – 10pm
Working weekends is a requirement for full or part time contracted roles. We operate on a 3 week schedule:
* Week 1: Saturday in, Sunday off
* Week 2: Saturday off, Sunday in
* Week 3: Saturday and Sunday off
Training and Development
* Funded apprenticeships and diplomas
* Accredited Positive Behaviour Management training
* Mandatory training provided
Job Description
* Socialising with our residents and giving emotional support when needed
* Assisting with personal care with residents when required
* Complete relevant documentation for the residents you support
* Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with the home’s standards and expectations
* Administer medication to service users
* Attending meetings and undertaking training as required
