Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repairs Coordinator to join our team at Reccom Limited. As the primary point of contact for repairs, you will be responsible for ensuring that all repair requests are managed efficiently and effectively.
Main Duties:
* Receive and respond to repair requests from customers
* Assign tasks to internal teams and track progress
* Keep customers informed of status updates and any changes to the schedule
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft software
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Salary and Benefits:
* A salary of £32,160 per annum
* A full-time contract until end of March 2025
