Mentor and coach direct reports, delegating work streams effectively and holding team members accountable to a high standard of excellence. Lead the timely and accurate development of marketing and communication strategies as well as overall branding and image and will support and inform the Board, and other senior managers in making informed strategic, operational decisions. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and activities on competitors and adjusting the marketing plan when necessary Managing all social media and digital platform to help the company be at the forefront of Fire Safety. To support the potential expansion of overseas growth. Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally. Support Sales Teams with Account Based Marketing (ABM) both tactical and with collateral to win work. To Produce a WOW Pipeline and how to deliver the WOW pipeline. Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts. Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. Knowledge/ Experience: Previous working experience in a high growth project driven business with a successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns. Ideally have experience in international markets. Experience handling digital marketing, content marketing, print marketing and social media marketing. Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
