The Opportunity
As Growth Lead, you’ll own our member acquisition channels across all of our partners and paid channels. You will have responsibility for all activity aimed at generating new member acquisition to the Airtime programme. Working closely with our marketing and product teams, you’ll be required to utilise and optimise all channels to meet monthly growth targets.
The ideal candidate will be driven, analytical with a track record for overachieving on targets. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative campaigns to drive awareness as well as building optimised journeys to educate and convert new customers into brand advocates.
Responsibilities
* Develop, execute and manage the mobile app growth strategy for Airtime, including organic, telco, paid, referral channels
* Maintaining effective communication between all internal team members, including Marketing, Product & Social
* Work closely with our telco partners O2 & EE to unlock new opportunities to drive member growth
* Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition channels & campaigns
* Ensure that we are maximising the use and capabilities of all internal or 3rd party marketing and tracking platforms, tools and technology (Branch, Firebase, Bloomreach, etc.)
* Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis, reporting & recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimisation.
* Works closely with cross-functional counterparts and internal teams to develop and sync on overall strategy, execution & reporting.
* Actively seek out and manage various partnerships which generate member acquisition for Airtime
* Knowledge of competitive landscape, available alternatives, new and emerging app growth programs.
* Work closely with the product teams to optimise our services provided to telco partners O2 & EE to generate higher conversion rates
* Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalised, consistent, and channel-appropriate messaging
You’ll need:
* 5 years of experience in growth marketing, mobile app growth, paid ad platforms and referral.
* Track record building & executing mobile app growth strategies at scale.
* Strong hands-on experience with mobile app ad platforms, tools and technology, including Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Playstore, etc.
* Strong analysis and reporting skills
* Proven track record of developing data-driven growth strategies
