Reporting into the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all current Paid Social channels globally (incl. Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat & TikTok advertising). You will help build out annual strategy & KPIs with the Channel Marketing Manager, whilst implementing monthly campaign plans, managing monthly reports & content plans. You will work collaboratively across departments to create cohesive campaigns, develop target markets and execute the overarching strategy.
You will use innovation to drive both brand awareness and return on investment; staying ahead of the latest industry trends and technology, ensuring we are early adopters for any that are beneficial.
You will have the vision and in-depth knowledge to continually optimise our advertising strategy based on quantitative insights; as well as the experience to make critical strategic decisions - knowing where the quickest wins and priorities lie.
Responsibilities:
* Running day to day ad accounts activities - optimising accounts to hit forecast targets - analysing trends and making data driven decisions.
* Supporting core business campaigns and messages through Paid Social ads.
* Support the development of the wider team.
* Planning content calendar to align with other marketing channels and tailoring content to individual market, website and audience - balancing the demands of always on with seasonal campaigns and edits.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure our content is in keeping with the brand and relevant to our target audience.
* Working with the Creative Social Media Manager and videographer to brief in monthly video shoot requirements.
* Strategising with the wider marketing team regarding audience and customer segmentation as well as personalisation.
* Refining our full funnel strategy and ensuring we are producing the best content for each audience.
* Being the main point of contact for any questions or communications regarding paid social.
* Establishing brand lift studies to measure the impact of large brand awareness campaigns.
* Working closely with platform reps and consulting agencies to gain industry insights and best practices.
* Reporting - Monthly (KPIs), campaigns and account optimisation results.
* Presenting results to senior management and digital & marketing team members.
* Ensuring all technical ad requirements are functioning properly (product feeds, remarketing pixels, audience list etc.); working with the projects, development and systems & data teams to maintain these.
* Planning annual paid social strategy & KPIs with Channel Marketing Manager.
* 3+ years in digital marketing.
* Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and Analytics. TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest.
* Experience and understanding of automated/AI campaigns (Advantage +).
* Experience managing paid social for an international ecommerce brand.
* Advanced Excel/Sheets knowledge (automated reporting, vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables etc.).
* A passion for content and social advertising, with an editorial eye to inform creative content.
* High attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Logical – finds it easy to problem solve.
* Collaborative and works well as part of a team.
* Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and think outside the box.
* Ability to challenge deliverables - copy, content, execution of overall ads to ensure they are best in practice for the channel.
* Understanding of international markets & cultural differences.
This role will be hybrid with some remote working and some days based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.
