BMS Project Manager Commercials of project Day to day management of projects Deal with project changes Management of sub contract installation teams BMS Project Engineer Project engineer is effectively a trainee project manager. Typically managing smaller projects £20-100k and will be trained up to do the following aspects of projects; Full BMS design - Point schedules, network topologies, valve schedules, des of ops. Commercials of project Day to day management of projects Deal with project changes Management of sub contract installation teams BMS Commissioning Engineer The BMS commissioning engineer will work as part of a team on medium to large projects taking new installations through from pre-commissioning to completion. This would consist of the following; Downloading and setup up controllers (Trend, Tridium and Schneider - happy to cross train if a good candidate only knows one of these platforms) Addressing HLI field devices and confirming comms back to BMS panels Point to point testing of control cabling Spinning up and power mechanical plant Final testing of BMS software back to graphics Witnessing BMS Special Works Engineer Controller upgrades Supervisor upgrades Energy enhancement projects with smart tech Software modifications Small fit out works on construction projects This is predominantly on Trend and Tridium sites.
