This role is home based, with regular travel to our Head Office in Blackburn. Frequent travel is also required for customer meetings at Retailer Head Offices.
Manage, network and develop relationships with your National Accounts (Tesco Group)
Develop and execute the plan and brand strategies with existing account portfolio in line with company objectives
Increase distribution and visibility of products within the account base
Develop new business within account base
Promotional plan implementation in line with strategy and customer plan
Understand commercial impact – Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP’s and cost increase where relevant
Develop, implement, and execute clear JBP’s with customer base ensuring focus on key measures for customer base and internal targets for Pets Choice
Collaborate with internal teams with focus on account specific objectives
Provide clear internal and external analysis of reports with focus on performance measures
Strong execution with retailers of NPD plans with clear implementation of support plans
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
National Account Management experience gained from a FMCG environment with experience of managing top 4 mults. Creative and entrepreneurial
Ability to analyse and utilise data
Ability to work flexibly with UK wide travel and regular travel to our Blackburn Head Office
