We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Administrators to join the University’s Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business Professional Services team. Under the direction of the Deputy Faculty Registrar, you will provide front-line support on all enquiries coming into the Faculty via telephone, email and the reception desk. You will join a team of Assistant Administrators who provide support across the Faculty's 3 Schools: School of Art, Design and Architecture, School of Society and Culture and the Plymouth Business School. As the first point of contact for our students and colleagues, you will have a positive and welcoming manner, you will be friendly and helpful. You should have excellent communication skills, communicating with a wide audience, all with different priorities and needs. You will have outstanding customer service skills and be able to evidence your experience and skills. You will need to be able to contribute and be confident when working as part of a team and be equally comfortable using your initiative and working on your own. The role is based on the main University of Plymouth campus. The Faculty Professional Services team is responsible for providing a customer-focused, high quality academic administration to students, academic staff and external partners within a culture that combines collegiality and a dedication to excellence.
