A global FinTech company is looking for a part time (3 days a week), onsite IT Support Technician in Staines Upon Thames. They will be helping with onsite IT issues such as Wifi access for visitors and clients, hardware needs (charger, adapter, external monitor, or helping connect laptops to TVs for presentation. They will be working on both windows PCs and occasionally Macs. While their first priority will be onsite support, they could also take on global tickets like imaging laptops or troubleshooting PC, MAC, email or Microsoft office issues. They could also have to use Active Directory to create users, image laptops or create groups.
Top Skills
* 1-3 years in IT support
* Very strong with PC hardware (chargers, adapters, monitors, connecting PC to a screen etc)
* Very strong knowledge of Windows
* Ability to troubleshoot Windows
* Knowledge of Active Directory and what is does (making accounts, reset passwords, reimaging)

* Google workspace
* Very strong Active Directory Skills
* Knowledge MAC OS and Ability to troubleshoot MAC issues
