Job summary The role will sit within the newly formed Immunisation Improvement Team (IIT), that will work across two regions of London to improve childhood immunisation uptake for children aged 0 to 5 years. The IITs primary aim is to support GP Practices to improve uptake, coverage and confidence in the childhood vaccination programme where the population is vulnerable to declining vaccines and non-engagement.
