We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and ensure the success of this exciting new opening.
About the job:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly.
* Handle daily financial transactions, including cash management and inventory control.
* Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs.
* Create a positive work environment and encourage career growth among team members.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

* Experience in a managerial role within fast-paced, quality restaurant environment.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
* Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting & cost control
* Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact, providing effective solutions to challenges as they arise.
