If you're interested in how things work, have alogicalway of working and want to learn and develop in a hands:on role, this scheme is for you. Youdont need to be an expert engineerbefore you join, as we will support you all the way.
What you do need is anatural curiosityand a strong work ethic. Were looking for people who can work well as part of ateamand are driven tofind the answersto problems.
You will be age16 +and have5 GCSEs(or predicted) atGrade 4/C or aboveincludingMaths,English and Science.
