We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support our rapid growth, and we are seeking someone who is passionate, innovative, and ready to make a tangible impact. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a programme of IT and water monitoring infrastructure projects. This includes delivering cutting-edge machine learning platforms, developing market-leading ERP and BI systems, and overseeing the installation of water monitoring assets across diverse environments in the UK. We aim to be a sector leading organisation for excellence in health, safety and wellbeing in construction, operation, maintenance, incident response and decommissioning of our asset systems. You will lead in achieving our ambition. You will play a vital role in preparing our business for large-scale and rapid growth. Your contribution will be key to our ambitious bids programme, and you will manage projects from mobilisation and planning through to handing over the systems to our Operations Team. Key Responsibilities: · Manage multiple projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. · Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants to meet project objectives. · Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact delivery. · Drive early construction initiatives to meet project timelines, ensuring projects are scheduled for the most appropriate time of the year. · Develop project plans with input from key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and consultation. · Oversee project governance and change control processes to maintain project integrity. · Provide financial and budgetary oversight, ensuring strong cost control measures are in place. · Collaborate with supply chain partners to enhance efficiencies and explore new opportunities. · Identify areas for continuous improvement and work to streamline project processes and delivery. About You We are looking for a motivated individual with a keen interest in technology and the environment. You are not just managing projects—you are contributing to meaningful change. Essential Qualifications and Experience: · A recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile and MSP). · Proven experience managing multiple projects. · Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. · Knowledge of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. · Budget management and financial control experience. Desirable Experience: · Familiarity with NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract. · Membership or working towards membership of a professional body (e.g., APM).
