The Role
The role will develop, but initially, it would be mainly office-based, working on the phone and teams on an ever-growing number of leads and enquiries. An experienced consultative telephone salesperson would appear ideal. Over time, the number of clients you see would grow, often in your beautiful office/showroom.

Training
The sales director and the experienced BDM will combine to give you the industry knowledge you need to start in what is a high-ticket sale. While you are learning, the role will be mainly internal but it is a multi-faceted role.
People Skills
Ultimately, your career direction in the medium term will be determined by your preference and skill set. However, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of success in sales and be willing and able to develop their skill set and grow with the company.
