Your Role as Domestic Assistant As a Domestic Assistant you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations within the scheme, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and sanitation is attained. This role will be based at South Hey, Independent Living Scheme in Lytham St Annes. Our Domestic Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all the communal areas of the building are kept clean, meet health and safety requirements, and offer a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our tenants and visitors. The role is 10 hours per week, and we can be flexible on the days and times that you work. You will be given training and support for all aspects of the role. We are looking for someone that can manage their own workload, use their initiative and ensure that all communal areas are kept clean. You will have an eye for detail and understand that these are the tenants’ communal areas. You will have experience and a good understanding of Health and Safety as well as being able to manage stock levels required. You will have good communication skills and be flexible in your approach with a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
