This highly successful organisation is looking for a Support Manager to join an established operational delivery team with technical understanding of the systems. The successful Support Manager will have good technical understanding and previous experience providing excellent customer and team management.
The company have a wide client portfolio, and the Support Manager will ensure the delivery of contact contracts against agreed SLAs whilst solidifying excellent relationships with customers. You will also be managing the support team to ensure a 5-star service is provided.
You will need:
Strong experience managing and support a team
Strong experience delegating technical support emails and calls
Strong experience developing and implementing team processes and training support materials
Strong budget management experience including full P&L responsibilities
Excellent relationship building with customers and internal staff
Experience working a fast-paced environment
