We require a Back of House Shift Leader who has the skills to grow with us and share in our success.
You will work alongside the Restaurant Management team, delivering exceptional food quality, guest care, and service. Your role includes working to brand standards, leading your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Back of House Shift Leader

* Consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
* Ensure store operational requirements by following brand standards, scheduling, and assigning staff
* Comply with all Food Safety and Health & Hygiene standards
* Understand stock management, GP% figures, and controls
* Achieve high guest satisfaction by producing quality products
* Work to brand standards for food and operations, prioritizing the guest experience
* Communicate effectively with team members to complete duties
* Support team development through guidance, training, and coaching
* Welcome new team members
* Help team members develop skills and knowledge for delivering excellent products and service
* Maintain operational standards and procedures that positively impact store performance
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Maintain portion control and monitor food levels
* Experience with high-volume trading preferred
* Provide training and cross-training to enhance team productivity and growth
* Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
* Thoroughly and timely clean equipment according to brand guidelines
* Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
* Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
* Complete daily paperwork as per brand standards
* Understand and articulate food with integrity
* Understand P&L, budgets, and payroll management
* Manage stock levels and availability
* Control costs to ensure profitability
