HR - Wellness Adviser (Projects) London (Corporate)| Administration | Permanent Contract | Full Time Up to £40,000 to £44,000 per annum depending on experience | 40 hrs a week | Our team currently have an opportunity for a Wellness Adviser to project manage within a corporate HR team. This is a unique role working onsite at a client office in central London to project manage and lead on a variety of projects across multiple services within Wellness as part of the HR offering. Lead on the EMEA Wellness Programming strategy including innovating within the corporate wellness field and ensuring programming is diverse and relevant to the firm’s business needs. Project management of ad hoc projects, involving collaboration with colleagues across regions and teams to manage project delivery Develop communication strategies and design/produce employee communications that support engagement across all Wellness activity in EMEA (i.e. improve engagement across all Wellness programmes and events). Enhance relationships with vendors to produce marketing materials and newsletters that will benefit both parties. Participate in employee presentations for new hires, graduate/intern programmes and maternity meetings. Support the firm’s strategy health, resilience, family friendly, fitness and mental health agenda including the firm’s leave policies, firm’s dedicated parenting team on complex employee queries and the executive medical proposition Lead on management of prospective Wellness vendors to ensure appropriate partnership with organisations that align to the firm’s values and business needs. Management of multiple existing vendors across UK and Europe to ensure performance is compliant with contractual terms. Point of contact for vendors for wellness administration queries. Collaboration with multiple external helpline teams, operated by third parties, to manage escalated queries and issues. Respond to employee queries using teamwork, creative thinking and escalation to resolve complex issues. Track progress of cases and draft / review employee communications Lead on data collection to ensure all firm Wellness decisions are well informed and enable strategic benchmarking exercises to analyse market position of benefits vs competitors in partnership with the firm’s data analyst Coach, mentor and support other Wellness contingent worker analyst colleagues and/or vendor contingent workers who support the firms Wellness programme. Oversee the management of internal Wellness Exchange website Any other reasonable responsibilities as set out by Nuffield Health or Goldman Sachs To succeed as a Wellness Adviser, you will need: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate Benefits & Wellness role or data analyst or project co-ordinator or project manager role or equivalent position Experience of analysing data from a range of sources Strong attention to detail, analytical, organisational and administration skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills Strong competencies Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Proactive in your work, using initiative to find solutions to problems, self-starter Comfortable in a highly professional and dynamic office environment, working within a busy team Good interpersonal skills with the ability to guide others you work alongside Experience working with Wellness and/or other HR functions is preferred but not essential This role is primarily office-based in a dynamic, busy, and modern workspace.
