Role: Tenancy Coordinator
Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £24,897.12 per annum plus essential car user allowance
Hours:37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
The Role
We are now looking to recruit a permanent Tenancy Co-ordinator, to join our Neighbourhoods Team. You will be responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to our housing management system and low level ASB including neighbourhood disputes.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
* To ensure a high-quality customer focused and responsive service is provided when dealing with customers enquiries that relate to the Neighbourhood Team.
* Responsible for low level ASB to include Neighbour disputes.
* Responsible for Tenancy Changes such as successions, name changes and updates to Cx.
* To assist in Estate Inspections and Health and Safety Inspections on patch.
* Responsible for Starter tenancy reviews and Post Tenancy visits including inspection of property.
* To act as the main point of contact for Neighbourhood Customers.
About You
* Previous experience working in a front-line housing service or previous experience working in a front-line customer service position.
* Good inter-personal and people skills.
* Ability to collate, prepare and present information in a clear and logical format.
* Good listening skills and an ability to empathise.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
