About the role
Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Compliance & Investigations Officer to work on our Welsh Water contract based in Clydach.
As the Compliance & Investigations Officer you will be part of our Compliance Team who are responsible for supporting the contract to deliver all Streetworks activities in line with NRSWA. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support, investigate all Streetworks fines allowing the business to make informed decisions.
As the Compliance & Investigations Officer your responsibilities will include:
1. Review all Streetworks fines received from the client to ensure they meet the criteria prior to investigating
2. Log all fines, potential or actual to our contract work system
3. Investigate all fines liaising with all relevant departments
4. Identify common themes and share information to improve performance
5. Support planning and operations with Streetworks legislation
6. Data Input into our Work System
7. Support with actioning a shared inbox
8. Communicate professionally with key stakeholders
9. Actively contribute as a team player
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
10. GCSE or A-Level Qualification
11. NVQ Level 1-3
12. Experience with technology and software
13. Excellent Customer Service
14. Advanced IT skills
15. Strong Communication Skills
16. Good attention to detail
17. Structured & able to prioritise their own workloadTeam player who is willing to help others.
