Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing strategy for our exciting new developments. From concept to sales launch, you will take ownership of the full marketing journey, including brand creation, campaign management, and the development of compelling marketing materials. If you're a creative leader with experience in property marketing and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each new site, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand image. Brand Creation & Management: Lead the creation of brand identities for new developments, ensuring a consistent and high-quality presentation across all marketing materials. Campaign Management: Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, brochures, hoardings, site signage, and PR activities. Sales & Marketing Collateral: Oversee the production of engaging marketing assets, including websites, brochures, digital content, and print materials, ensuring all materials reflect the Hill Residential brand. Sales Launch Execution: Take charge of the sales office and show home set-up, including interior design, landscaping, and signage, ensuring a visually appealing and customer-friendly experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, design teams, and external agencies to drive lead generation and sales conversion, ensuring marketing activities complement sales goals. Budget Management: Set and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring all activities are executed on time and within budget. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Develop and execute targeted social media strategies, creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, while driving online visibility and engagement. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve lead generation and sales targets. What You’ll Need: A degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification Extensive marketing experience within the property or housebuilding sector Proven track record of managing successful sales and marketing campaigns, with the ability to meet sales targets and generate leads Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative flair for content creation and brand building Knowledge of digital marketing trends and a passion for keeping up with industry developments Why Join Us?
