Regional Team Lead - Property & Asset Management
Location: Warrington or Birmingham

The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Regional Team Lead to join their Property & Asset Management team, overseeing a team of six Asset Managers responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of infrastructure clients between Birmingham and Warrington. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and develop their team while ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Asset Managers to foster collaboration and accountability.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and confidence in service delivery.
* Oversee team performance, setting objectives, defining roles, and aligning work with company goals.
* Identify and leverage team strengths, supporting professional growth and development.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
* Provide strategic asset management advice to both the internal team and clients.
* Support hiring, training, and continuous development of employees.
* Assist with H&S incident reporting and assurance activities, gathering necessary evidence and reports.
* Generate performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Drive efficiency and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in asset management, ideally RICS qualified.
* Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proven leadership and line management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* In-depth knowledge of property industry best practices and market trends.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
* Full UK driving licence required due to site visits.
