About the role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of Bumblebee and provide our customers with an exceptional service from first contact. You will also assist across departments to help facilitate a smooth and effective service. This role will suit someone with a positive and outgoing personality who loves to give the best customer service they can, every time. A keen eye for detail and a calm approach to a busy and fast-paced environment will be essential for the successful candidate. Day-to-day duties Responding to email and telephone queries in a timely manner. Assisting with customer complaints. Managing ticket assignment within our CRM system. Responding to customer and internal sales enquiries regarding order and stock status updates, in a timely manner, including promptly issuing any test certificates and status updates. Liaising with other internal departments including Logistics and Sales to ensure timely order flow management. Managing daily inbound calls and diverting where required.
