About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Policy Administrator to join our operations team for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm. The role is based on-site at our offices in Wolverhampton City Centre, so you should be based within a commutable distance of this location.

You’ll be confident with using technology and enjoy speaking to people. We use a CRM system to support customers and pay claims, and experience of using a customer database in a previous role would be a distinct advantage.
You'll also be able to demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service, managing a busy workload, and working with excellent attention to detail in a previous role.
Our policies are varied, and you'll be able to demonstrate an ability to understand and effectively process all policy documentation, ensuring targets are met.
We will provide you with training and support to help you be successful in your new role.
