Our blue chip is recruiting an ICT Customer Solutions Analyst to be part of the team that onboards new customers and supports the business on a daily basis. They are looking for someone with strong customer-facing skills and a knowledge of ICT/IT.
You will need to be a self-starter with a great personality, who is happy to work 3 days per week in Hatfield and be based from home the other 2.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2 years or more experience in a customer service or technical support role.
* An understanding of IT systems and cloud technologies (any SQL nice but not essential) with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills; any helpdesk experience/tools is a bonus.
* The ability to troubleshoot and document technical or user issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Flexibility, versatility, and adaptability with the ability to work under pressure and a commitment to deadlines.
* The ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with internal and external users.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience with project and ticket management tools preferred.
Interviews and start date ASAP (will wait for the right candidate). Starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits, and once probation is passed, you will qualify for additional opportunities such as overtime, bonus, and additional training.
